Coe College featured in The Princeton Review’s ‘Best 386 Colleges’ guide for 2021
Coe College is one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduates to earn their college degree, according to The Princeton Review. The education services company profiles and recommends Coe in the 2021 edition of its annual college guide, “The Best 386 Colleges.”
Only about 14% of America’s 2,800 four-year colleges are profiled in the book. Featured colleges are chosen based on data collected annually from administrators and students at hundreds of colleges.
We salute Coe College for its outstanding academics and are truly pleased to recommend it to prospective applicants searching for their personal ‘best-fit’ college,” said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review's editor-in-chief and lead author of “The Best 386 Colleges.”
The Princeton Review praises Coe for its "100% employment rate." For many years nearly 100% of reporting Coe graduates have been employed or in graduate school within one year of graduation.
"Coe College has the best of both worlds. Our small liberal arts college creates a friendly and intimate environment for students to learn from talented faculty and each other. The one-on-one attention our students receive is a reflection of the high-quality and rigorous education we provide. Our location in the vibrant city of Cedar Rapids helps our students apply what they’ve learned in real-life experience. This has led to Coe being ranked as one of The Princeton Review’s Top 25 Best Schools for Internships in the nation for three consecutive years,” said Coe President David McInally.
The Princeton Review lists what Coe students were most in agreement about in their answers to the survey questions. The list includes "great library," "happy friendly students" and “great classroom facilities."
